Terms of Service

Welcome to OneOne. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and OneOne ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use OneOne.

1. What OneOne is
OneOne is a calm, intentional app for sharing one meaningful post per day, along with a short reflection on why it matters. It is a space for thoughtful posting, not for performance or noise.
2. Who can use OneOne
You must be at least 16 years old to use OneOne. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Please tell us at hello@getoneone.app if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create, including your posts, reflections, comments, and images ("your content").
By posting on OneOne, you give us a limited license to store, display, and share your content within the app as needed to operate the service, for example, showing your public posts to other users. This license exists only so the app can function and ends when you delete your content or your account, except for copies kept in routine backups for a limited time.
You are responsible for your content. You confirm that you have the right to post it and that it does not break these Terms or any law.
5. Rules of use
To keep OneOne a calm and respectful space, you agree not to:
- post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, or violent;
- post content that is sexually explicit, or that exploits or endangers minors;
- harass, bully, impersonate, or invade the privacy of others;
- post spam, advertising, or repetitive low-value content;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
- attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the app;
- use the app for any unlawful purpose or to break these Terms.
6. Moderation and enforcement
We want OneOne to stay safe. You can report content that breaks these rules, and you can block other users. We may review reported content and, at our discretion, remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms. We are not obligated to monitor all content, but we may act when we become aware of a problem.
7. Ending your use
You can stop using OneOne and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons. When your account is deleted, your personal data and content are removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. The app is provided "as is"
We work hard to keep OneOne running well, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws, including those in Sweden and the EU.
9. Privacy
Your use of OneOne is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data. Please read it at getoneone.app/privacy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use OneOne after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Sweden, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
